Dashboard

Live overview calculated from your pipeline and portfolio. KPI cards cover active deals, live value, overdue actions, new deals this month and the next compliance date.

Dashboard Settings (PIN Protected)

Click ⚙️ Settings → enter PIN. Configure your monthly income target and whether money figures are visible to everyone sharing the account.

🔒 Settings PIN is admin-only. It controls which money figures joint venture partners and VAs can see.

Calendar

Three views: Month, Week, Day. Each team member is assigned a unique colour automatically.

Click any day to add a diary entry. Job deadlines appear automatically when set from within job detail.

Hours Tracking

Log time in the Hours tab (tab 5) of any job. 18 action categories across 6 groups: Client & Admin, Survey & Measure, Design, Documentation, Planning, Construction.

Live Timer

Floating widget — Start → Pause → Stop. Time is automatically logged against the selected job and action category.

Gantt / Hours Tab

Horizontal bars per job. Blue = within budget. Red = over budget. Filter by team member.

Backup & Data

All data lives in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device unless you export it.

Manual Backup

Click 💾 Backup in the top nav. Timestamped JSON downloads with all jobs, diary, settings, and activity log. Save to Google Drive after every session.

⚠️ Clearing browser cache deletes all TILE data. Always download a backup first.

Tips & Tricks

▪ Paste the whole email into Grout — don't summarise first. Full context = better extraction.

🎨 Set up Brand Kit before using Social Boost — even just colours and a font name transforms image prompts.

✉ Grout Draft in the Comms tab composes the email for the situation; the offer and tender letters merge straight from the deal record.

⏳ Start the Live Timer when you begin an action. Small entries compound into accurate fee tracking.

💾 Download a backup every Friday. 2 seconds. Protects everything.

📷 Stages 6 and 8 (Planning Submitted / Approved) are highest-engagement for architecture practices — don't skip Social Boost at those stages.
