BRICKS is a cloud-based deal and portfolio management platform for property developers and investors. It provides a deal pipeline, appraisal calculators and comparisons, portfolio and compliance tracking, document storage, programme planning, and AI-assisted drafting via Grout. Provided "as is" and "as available".
You must be 18 or over and a business user. You are responsible for account security. Each subscription covers one organisation. Do not share credentials.
Use BRICKS only for lawful purposes. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
Fees are charged monthly or annually via Stripe, exclusive of VAT. Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime via Settings or hello@gettile.co.uk. No partial refunds except where required by law. 30 days notice for price changes.
Founder pricing is held at the stated rate for as long as the subscription remains active and continuous. Specific offer terms apply for the stated period.
Grout generates content via the Anthropic API and may contain errors; review all output before use. The calculators, strategy comparisons, the Deal Analyzer, appraisals and generated letters are estimates, drafts and educational material. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or valuation advice, and they are not a survey. Verify figures and decisions with your own qualified professionals before committing funds.
Property data shown in BRICKS (including sold prices, price indices, energy performance data, planning designations and environmental risk layers) is reproduced from public sources such as HM Land Registry, the EPC register, planning.data.gov.uk, the Environment Agency and the Coal Authority under their respective licences. It is provided as-is, may be incomplete or out of date, and carries no warranty.

All IP in BRICKS belongs to PLANIT INNOVATIONS UK LTD. You retain rights to your data and grant us a limited licence to process it for the service.
We treat your data as confidential. No disclosure to third parties except to provide the service or as required by law.
Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including losses arising from property transactions or investment decisions. Total liability capped at 3 months subscription fees. Nothing excludes liability for negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury.
You indemnify PLANIT INNOVATIONS UK LTD from claims arising from your breach of these terms.
We may suspend accounts for breach or non-payment. You may terminate anytime. 30-day data export window after termination.
14 days notice for material changes via email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
