Account: name, email, password (hashed), company, subscription. Usage: pages visited, features used. Deals and portfolio: vendor, agent and tenant names and contacts, property addresses, deal figures, communications, ledger entries, documents you upload. Payment: via Stripe (we never store card details). AI: prompts sent to Grout via the Anthropic API. Public demo: anonymous usage events with a salted hashed IP, never linked to a person.
To provide BRICKS, process payments, send service communications, generate AI-assisted content, meet legal obligations and keep the platform secure. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

Supabase (database, EEA), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments, PCI-DSS), Netlify (hosting), Google (optional: Drive storage and the off-site backup written to your own Google Drive). Public property data lookups (HM Land Registry, the EPC register, planning.data.gov.uk and similar) receive only the postcode being searched.
Active accounts: while active. Cancelled accounts: a 30-day grace and export window, then personal data is deleted; records belonging to an ongoing organisation remain with that organisation. Deal and property records are additionally protected by a rolling archive retained for up to 7 years to support your statutory record-keeping; deleting your organisation removes them. Anonymised aggregate data may be kept longer.

HTTPS throughout, hashed passwords, row-level access controls, daily archives and an off-site backup option to your own Drive. Prompt breach notification.
