3. Prohibited

• Unlawful, defamatory, or IP-infringing content
• Sensitive personal data without safeguards
• Compromising platform security
• Reverse engineering or source extraction
• Automated scraping of property portals or other sites through the service
• Impersonation
• Unsolicited communications
• Reselling access
• Violating applicable law, including landlord and tenant, licensing and financial promotion rules

4. AI Content

Review all Grout output before sending it to anyone. Generated letters, appraisals and analyses are drafts and estimates, not advice.

5. Personal Data You Store

Ensure a lawful basis for the vendor, agent and tenant data you record. See the DPA.

6. Enforcement

Accounts may be suspended for breach.
