Data Processing Agreement

1. Background

Between PLANIT INNOVATIONS UK LTD (Company number: 17071896, registered at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE) (Processor) and you (Controller) under UK GDPR Article 28. Part of our Terms of Service.

2. Processing

We process data solely to provide BRICKS: storing, organising, retrieving and displaying your data.

3. Data Categories

• Vendor, agent and tenant names and contacts
• Property addresses and deal figures
• Communications
• Cost ledger entries
• Uploaded documents

4. Processor Obligations

• Process only on your instructions
• Confidentiality for all personnel
• Appropriate security measures
• Assist with data subject requests
• Breach notification without undue delay
• Delete or return data within 30 days of termination

5. Sub-Processors

• Supabase · database (EEA)
• Anthropic · AI (Grout)
• Stripe · payments
• Netlify · hosting and functions
• Google · optional Drive storage and the off-site backup written to your own Drive, at your instruction

We notify of sub-processor changes before they take effect.

6. International Transfers

SCCs or adequacy decisions where data leaves the UK.

7. Your Obligations

Ensure a lawful basis for the data you input and appropriate privacy notices to the people it describes.

England and Wales.
